Beautiful rental, extremely friendly and communicative hosts. Before the check in, the hosts communicated answers to questions we didn't know we'd have! The pool was amazing. We loved being able to slip away from the city with our doggie. Really close to Dogwood Canyon (also dog friendly). Would love to stay here again!!

I was traveling with an individual with disabilities so i asked about how clise i could get to my rental to drop him off. I was told that my unit was right next to the parking lot. It turned out that we had to walk about about 40 yards on a hilly sidewalk which was not ideal for him. I asked about whether there would be enough towels for 5 people to take showers. I was told that there would be enough for 5 people to take 3 morning showers. I assumed that meant 15 towels. We only had 8 towels in the room.I was told that there was a laundry on site but we could not find one and the host I was communicating with via text couldn't tell me exactly where it was on that it was just past the activity center which we also could not find. The air conditioner was working when we arrived but not keeping up with the outside temp. We noticed that the all of the air vents were closed. Another guest in a different rental told me she had the same issue. I used the broom handle to open the vents in our unit which helped a little. The side walk has a dangerous 4 to 5 inch drop off on the downhill side due to erosion. I never fell off of it but came close.

The first thing we noticed when we entered at night was that there was a blind down in the living room, which was the window that faces the street, I immediately called and asked if they could have someone come out and put up a blind, they said they would have someone come out in the morning. The next morning they asked if we needed to be there for them to fix it or if they could enter without us being there. I gave them permission to enter any time. We expected it would be fixed when we got home that day but it wasn’t. I texted them several more times with no reply. The blinds were never fixed. Secondly, if you want to stay at this property, you better bring potholders if you plan to cook anything in the oven. They supply 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth, no potholders for taking hot pans out of the oven. We had to go buy our own. Thirdly, they didn’t even supply salt and pepper so if you expect to eat here, bring everything you’ll need, including your own salt and pepper and coffee. Our cabin was the only cabin around us with 1 chair on the porch which was inconvenient. The chairs in the kitchen are very uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and the couch and chair in the living room were comfortable. The rug in the living room is a slip hazard. We almost fell multiple times so be cautious of that. I would say it wasn’t worth the money for what we got. I didn’t appreciate being told they would have maintenance come out and fix the blind on Friday morning & it was never done
