The property was exactly as listed and in excellent condition. We truly enjoyed our stay and made great use of the amenities. Couples trip

The house is beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 4 couples. Best part each room came with a private full bathroom. We enjoyed the private hot tub and fire pit.

We loved this home. Everything was as described. Hosts were excellent communicators, we did reach out during our stay and their response was immediately. We swam in the pools and enjoyed the pickleball courts. Cannot recommend this property and hosts enough.

Quick Summer Getaway

Very nice, spacious place to stay for our family of 6! The view from the back of the property is beautiful! Close to lake. A bit of a drive for Branson activities, however. Still a great place to stay!

Great Experience

Home was exactly what we needed! Lots of space for our two families with kids. The added touch of Christmas decor and Christmas themed screen savers and music on every television upon arrival was a wonderful bonus!

Great Location/Wonderful View

We had two different units in the same complex for a large family gathering. We had a great time in spite of rain, mainly because of the roominess. This place is a great location to water activities and it has a great grocery store 5 minutes away in Kimberling City. It does have a nice view of the Kimberling bridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a fun location

The house was great, with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 young adults, comfortable seating, and enough table space and dishes for 8. The view was nice and we took advantage of the pool and lazy river, pickle ball and basketball courts, as well as the hot tub and deck. Check-in was fine but impersonal; we got a code at the time that we could check in.

It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The only thing is I wish the main floor living room had another couch/love seat. There were 9 of us & not enough seating for all of us.

Spring Break Vacation

This place is PERFECT!!!! It is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice it is even better in person. The grocery store is right around the corner and the attractions in Branson are not that far of a drive. The traffic to SDC was not bad at all coming in the back way. We will definitely stay here again every time we come to Branson!

Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 10! I was a little worried since there were no reviews but it was exactly as the pictures described, clean and well supplied. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. Evenings on the deck and in the hot tub were great and the kids loved having the bunk room and their own hangout room downstairs. Location is a bit far out from Branson but only about 12 minutes to SDC. Management company responded to all my questions promptly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
