Room was great and the hotel unique and inviting. Tried to watch a movie as they said they had prime for the upstairs rooms but we could not access it - we called the front desk but no answer and they did not return the call. Also the main area people were out drinking and visiting quite loudly - but did shut it down at approx 11.

The staff at the Larix are so friendly, down to earth, and very helpful. They really make you feel like family there. The hotel was warm and inviting. Beautifully furnished and decorated. So many surprise amenities like freshly baked cookies, complimentary drinks, s’mores and hot chocolate by the campfire, and of course, the relaxing barrel sauna. My family and I had such a wonderful stay. We want to come back again and again simply for the great vibe the Larix offers and to experience more of Kimberly.

For someone who travels constantly for work, this place is amazing. Quality all the way around: the hospitality makes you feel welcome, the ambiance is incredible, the small well thought out treats, and the kindness of the staff will put you at ease.
