Disappointing customer service
Condo location was perfect for the family wedding weekend.
There was only a little bit of floor space in the king room to put clothes and shoes. The second bedroom had zero space so we ended up using the kitchen table for my kids stuff.
One of the showers would not turn off. My husband called the number provided and we were told someone would come out. After waiting 1.5 hours we had to leave for a wedding. We left a note on the doormat with our phone number to call with an update. We never received a call. Close to 9 hours later, we returned to the condo to find that the note was still sitting where we left it. Clearly no one came to the condo. Once we got inside, it was no surprise that the shower was STILL running. So we placed another call around 12:15am. When my husband spoke to someone it was decided that he would come out after 10am. The gentlemen showed up around 11:15-11:30am. He tried working on it but couldn't get the water to shut off and had to leave to get new parts. We decided to go have lunch and explore. When we returned three hours later to get ready for a family event, the shower was fixed. Obviously there was no hot water anywhere in the condo but I guess that is to be expected when a shower is left running for 24 hours. Overall, a very disappointing experience for my family.
