Very nice bar/lounge

I found the property mediocre. Unfortunately, the Killington Region as a whole is highly over-rated.

Very spacious room. Well maintained but dated.

older ski lodge type location. just off season so was very quiet.

Nice accommodations- rooms were clean and pleasant. Common areas are very nice and the heated pool is spectacular. Staff is very nice and helpful as well - they made you feel at home. A great stay all around.

The staff was wonderful, so friendly & helpful. The facility was clean & well kept

Not a modern hotel but really practical. Friendly staff and nice sized rooms.

Very convenient location. It is basic but during winter - as a ski sleep place with young kids esp and gear - it's all you really need. My room had an issue with the door bolt - which being an alone female - was unsettling -and the AC was VERY loud but it was too hot to do without. Made for a bad night's sleep. But as a family option - with a warm pool during the winter - it's probably a great choice and much better on the budget versus the other option nearby with a winter pool.

It’s an old and outdated hotel now and I don’t think its even worth a $100 a night anymore. I’ve stayed here off and on for the past 20 years and the place has gone downhill over my time period. The furniture, fixings rug, wallpaper bedding are all very old and in need of replacement. The pool doesn’t open in the morning for a nice warm swim after a big night of drinking at the Pickle and that is a big drawback really. The outdoor heated pool is one of the only big bonuses of the hotel and if they open it up only at 4:00 pm then that sucks for hangover recuperation time. The late night desk clerk was going to call us a cab or a bus to make it around town that Saturday night but he lied to us and never made that call trying to waste our time which I only gave him the 15 minutes though. Our impatience paid off so we just DUI’d it all night instead as usual.

Location was fantastic!! Didn’t like the big pothole in the entrance to parking lot.

Close to the mountain, great Internet, quiet room, and warm pool. For 100 bucks a night at Killington you can’t beat this joint. Even have a little pub upstairs.

Bed was broken, shower sprayed everywhere hotel is outdated and smelly. Arcades were broken, pool was filthy overall bad experience

We had a pleasant stay at the North Star. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was fine, everything we needed for our stay. Beds were so so. Outside pool was a plus, kids loved it - but at one time it was like spring break with young adults. We did not go, but it was nice to have bar and tavern up stairs. I would stay again, but probably only for a short stay.
