We have rented several time here because of the location to our client's home and job site. It is really nice to know that when we have guys working out of state they are staying someplace clean and with the comforts of home. Communicaiton with the ower was probably the best feature, fast and polite responses. Pictures are exactly like the unit. This was the best communication for a stay that we have had. There is construction currently but don’t let that stop a stay. This is a first floor unit and so easy for pet owners. It was fantastic. Jeff (owner) was so awesome and even sent us a drawer of clothes that my daughter left. I look forward to more stays!

Condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and incredibly clean. Kitchen had just what we needed. Plenty of hooks on the walls to hang your things. Host is very responsive. It’s located in the same building as the health club, locker rooms, spa, pool, and sauna and on the 1st floor which is very convenient. The location of the property itself is also perfect as it is right next door to golf, the adventure center, and in very close proximity to restaurants and the K1 lodge. The outdoor pool is also very nice. The building is in the process of being completely renovated. This did not impact our weekend stay as workers were not working then and it was very quiet! Would recommend you have plenty of daytime plans if staying during the week though. Construction was definitely evident when we left on a Monday. Can’t wait to see it when it’s all done! Not much of a view from this unit, but ideal if you have a dog as the pet station and yard is right outside the slider. Note: Slider screen needs some love
