There is coffee provided for the drip coffee maker. We provide 2 Nespresso Vertuo pods for the Nespresso machine per stay. Please bring additional of your own preferred, Nespresso pods :)

PLEASE NOTE:

✫ The clock tower space is accessed on the second floor. There is a short ladder that goes up to the space

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ ✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. Dogs are welcome! Maximum of 2 dogs, the pet fee is $100 per dog :)



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property minus locked closets for owners needs.

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are later than everyone else’s and must be firmly respected, they are set for midnight on Friday/Saturday and 11pm Sunday to Thursday (holiday weeks and weekends = midnight every night) to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
