Nice staff. Room is comfortable and overall clean. Did have some crumbs on the table. Frig is rusted so needs to be updated. It is supposed to be non smoking and did smell smoke in the hallway coming from one of the rooms.

The latch lock on the room lock was broken. There was no smoke detector (only wires hanging down from the ceiling). There was black mold in the shower and the water never stopped dripping/running. There were 3 of us reserved in the room, but only 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels and no soap. When I went to the front desk to request the needed items, I mentioned the issues with the room. Staff was friendly and offered to move our room, but we check in very late at night and my son was already asleep in the room, so we chose not to wake him to move

The staff is very friendly but the hotel itself was looking like they are fixing it up. The lobby looked really nice but once you step into the elevator and head to your floor everything changes. The carpet wasn’t installed correctly so theirs a ridge which could cause someone to fall and kept interfering with my luggage. The room didn’t have a smoke detector and the bathroom there was mold in the shower. It was also leaking from the tub.
