Clean property but not recommend for light sleeper or someone looking for quiet

Apartment is cute and clean and the water is beautiful. The noise travels a lot from upstairs. The tv is extremely loud upstairs so not recommended for anyone who goes to bed before midnight or is a light sleeper.

The location was really nice. There was a problem with some of the electrical outlets. Needs to be fixed.
