This two-story home sits half a block from the sound - so close that you can glimpse the water from the sundeck and the living room. The location is a delight for walkers and cyclists, with the Bay Drive Multi-Use Path, the Hayman Gazebo, the Avalon Beach Boat Ramp, and the Avalon Pier on the Atlantic Ocean all within half a mile. The Wright Brothers National Memorial is only two miles south as well.

Built in 2022, this polished home is a joy to return to after a day of salt and sand at the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss your swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer, and relax in the shade of the patio with burgers sizzling on the gas grill.
