- The Colington Harbor Community Outdoor Pool is located at 1000 Colington Dr., Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. The community pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees subject to change at the discretion of HOA. Wristbands for pool access are available at the pool facility from 11 am to 7 pm. The cost for access is a $2 deposit per band (cash only). A maximum of eight guests are welcome. For use of the boat ramp, guests must pay cash only (exact change preferred) at the entry guard gate at a rate of $10 per day or $25 per week.
