Located across from the public beach access, your feet will hit the sand in minutes! Enjoy morning and evening strolls, while hearing the waves crash or spend your days basking in the sun. After a long day at the beach, come back to house for endless hours of fun. Nice Value For A Kill Devil Getaway

Pros: Great Location; Easy Access to Beach and Area Attractions; Tons of Room; Pool Table for rainy days or gaming at night; Plenty of kitchen room. Great value for the rental rate; Plenty of Balcony Room to enjoy breakfast/coffee while watching the sunrise; Loads of backyard room for the group and pets with a nice pool and hot tub Cons: A bit dated and could use a little TLC; trouble with ants downstairs, but otherwise very nice.

Great location for beach access. We were together yet not crowded. Movies upstairs. Pool downstairs.Pool outside. Yard big enough for outdoor games. Food on middle level. Three refrigerators. Grill by pool. Etc.
