Relax with the whole family or your closest friends at this peaceful cottage while having a view of the sound from almost every window! This cottage is a short walk from a beach on the sound and a short drive from the ocean front. There is a boat ramp available for all guest to use at the neighborhood marina, along with a pool, playground and an aditional beach. Enjoy the restraunts, shopping, and beaches of the Outer Banks while being tucked away in picturesque Collington Harbour!

This cottage has three bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom and private balcony. Bedroom two has a king bed. Bedroom three has a Queen bed. Bedrooms two and three share the hall bathroom. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the bottom level, along with an outdoor shower. The living area is an open floor plan with kitchen and dining area. There is a screened in porch with a sitting area. There is an outdoor table for four on the uncovered section of the porch.
There are four beach cruisers avaible for guests to use along with beah chairs, a kayak, and paddle board.
Guests will have access to the Colington Harbour Club House, Pool, and Sound Front Park/Beach

Fun place to stay!! Wonderfully stocked kitchen!! Great views. Property manager was great to work with. Sent excellent recommendations for food and fun. Gated community was safe and quiet. Girlfriend Getaway
“How Sweet the Sound” was perfect for us! It is well stocked, nicely decorated and open and bright!! There was a generous welcome basket. Beach chairs and bikes were provided and we were able to enjoy the community pool. Tennis/pickle ball was also available as well as a sound beach access just a few steps away from the house. There are comfortable seating areas inside and out! We loved it and hope to come again next year!!

Nice house in a friendly community and nice views
House was pretty clean and perfect for our vacation. It is just 10 mins away from Wrights Memorial and there are good local food options just within 10 mins drive. Our favorite spot was the deck. Just sitting there sipping the coffee watching the sun setting on the south side was an awesome experience!

Perfect for a family vacation
We loved staying here. The large sectional in the living room was perfect for lounging after an active day on the beach. The screened in porch was ideal for relaxing with a book. The backyard has plenty of room for running around and chasing bubbles. The cozy community location made it perfect for morning walks. We were less than 15 minutes away from everything and we all had a great time.
