Bienvenido a Swept Away

Esta casa fue completamente remodelada por dentro y por fuera el año pasado y está diseñada cuidadosamente para brindar comodidad y descanso. Es una excelente opción como casa de playa para una familia pequeña de cuatro personas o para dos parejas. La propiedad cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños completos, incluyendo una amplia suite principal con cama king y baño privado. El dormitorio principal también dispone de una acogedora área de estar y acceso directo al patio trasero y a la terraza.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y una cama twin, ideal para niños o huéspedes adicionales. Se proporcionan sábanas limpias en todas las camas, así como toallas de baño, toallas de playa y toallas de cocina para su comodidad.

My friends and I rented Jen and Joe’s lovely home for one night and it was such a wonderful experience. The house is easy to find, easy to check in and the hosts are incredibly responsive and kind. When you walk in the home smells clean and is tastefully decorated. We used their well stocked kitchen to cook dinner and enjoyed coffee on the screened in deck. Their king sized bed was so soft and comfortable. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely book with Jen and Joe again.

OBX Family Vacation

Check in and out was easy. The host was responsive and communicative. The location was very convenient for groceries and a very short drive to the beach or Wright Brothers memorial. Our kids were too small to walk or ride the bikes, but it is close enough for that.

We had a great experience staying in this beach house. It was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were clean and nice with plenty of towels. We made daily use of the available beach chairs and noted there were bikes available for use as well. However we typically walked to the beach which was about a mile away. Check in and check out were easy. The owners were communicative and provided restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend this beach house for those visiting the area.

Just like home!

This property is perfectly located right in the middle of everything. It is close enough to walk or ride a bike to the beach or drive in just a few minutes. You can go north to Corolla or south to Hatteras within an hour. This home was beautiful and had everything we needed with no stress. It was clean clean clean!! One of the first things I look for. There wasn’t a single cleanliness issue. It felt like home. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Swept Away Two was better than described! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The towels and sheets were cleaned and beds were comfy. Swept Away has a private driveway that can keep most cars covered from the sun which came in very handy on those hot July days. The master bedroom is huge and clean with a master bathroom with access to a rear deck which I found awesome for my morning coffee. For the late evenings, we used the 3 seasons porch with a couch and table so to not disturb the kids while they slept.We biked the neighborhood quite a bit and caught a few sunsets by a public dock. The host was very gracious, communicative and always available via text or call. We honestly do not have any negative feedback to share and we look forward to our next visit.

Best host and house!

We could not have asked for a better host or house for our stay in the Outer Banks. Jen was extremely accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we could have needed for our vacation and we used the grill each night we were there. Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Great walking path nearby as well.

Great place

Super clean, updated, good extras such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and grill. Very responsive owner. Grill lighter needed new battery and owner was there in like three minutes even with new tank just in case. Would stay there again.

High quality property

This house is very well done. Everything was clean and well maintained. I recommend this place for families to stay. Very close to walking/biking trails. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is only a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. The property manager is very responsive and is willing to help in any way She can. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. Bikes, beach toys, beach chairs. You should stay here. You wont regret it.
