This condo is just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I, II & III, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. Nothing is too far from Maui Vista! If you enjoy golfing, the famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away by car! For a day of fun on the ocean, walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive 15 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat! There you can go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (in season) or treat yourself to a relaxing sunset cruise.

If you prefer to stay in, you can relax by the pool or just sit back and enjoy your favorite books on your own private lanai. Borrow or leave a book for a fellow book-lover at the onsite lending library! Each of the three buildings at Maui Vista has its own pool & tennis courts, eliminating overcrowded amenities. The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. There are a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, which eliminates too many people at the pool. This specious complex is approximately 8.8 acres with lots of parking available all year round.

Nothing is too far from Maui Vista…famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away for those who enjoy 9 or 18 holes to make a perfect day in paradise.
