hotel maid has forgotten to bring new soap and water into the room, didn't clean the floor in the bathroom. In the morning there was the only receptionist (and trainee) -which created a queue for check-out
We stayed three days in Ramada, Clean & Neat .. nice location, reasonable price comparing to other hotels in same standard, child friendly, Supermarket is Near by, supportive staff and house keeping, the only issue was hotel is crowded with one business meeting
It was a wonderful and comfortable stay, the city bus is a great idea , the breakfast is more than excellent, the hotel manager is a respectable and helpful person , thank you all.
Ramada Encore is a lovely hotel to stay in. Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent hygiene standards. Located about 35 minutes from the airport , the hotel provides complementary shuttle service. The adjoining shopping mall makes it all the more fun. A nice bar and a restaurant complement it ....nice ambience. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment had all the facilities well taken care of. The English buffet breakfast was good but could be improved adding some variation . The toilets/ bath/ bedding/ towels were extremely clean. The Operation Manager Mr Suresh was very friendly and helpful. Ms Julia ( front desk) was very kind and polite too. Strongly recommend it for a family visit.
First , All staff is very nice , friendly and very good at service. The hotel room is clean, beautiful and amazing (full of facility). The breakfast was fresh and tasty. They have transportation to the city center as well,that's very nice and convenient for all customer.
We had a fantastic experience during our short stay in Ramada Encore in Kiev. Starting from the friendliness of the front office staff to the close attention of the Operations Director, we were extremely well looked after. The rooms are nice and spacious with a modern decor. It's location is about 10-15 min away from the city centre but the free shuttle provided by the hotel is very helpful. Overall, a place i would definitely recommend.
I wish there was a possibility to put 6 out of 5 as score for this hotel. It's not just a hotel, very young and friendly staffs, fresh rooms and decoration, professional management, great restaurant and good beach volleyball players (On the day of our stay hotel staff won the game between all hotels in Kiev). They all threat with clients not as a customer, but as a friend. It's hard to say who was the best, but I liked Marina (Restaurant supervisor) the most. She is very professional and friendly. Although hotel is a little bit far from the center, but it's the best place for relaxation. Only with ~3 EUR you can get the taxi to the city center. Next to the hotel, there is a big super market and a bowling club (Highly recommended).
I stayed in the Ramada hotel for over a month, and i can definetly say it is the best hotel I've been to. The apartments are spacious and well aquipped, but moreover the staff is incradible!! The servise is absolutly amazing, anything we needed they were happy to help quiqly. Highly recomend!
Friendly and cheerful Ramada Encore driver who picked us from the Airport was the start of the warm hospitality we received through out stay in the Hotel. The managers and service staff all made our stay in Kiev so memorable. Though not located in the city centre getting to the city and back was a breeze with the shuttle service provided. Booked into this hotel by my company. My self and two collegues landed at Kiev airport about 20.00, missed our connection due to late arrival of incoming flight. The airlines no help at all so asked my company to find me a hotel. Found a taxi and straight to the hotel, charged about 5 times the normal rate seems a lot of flights delayed and taxis at a premium. After wasting time at the airport we arrived at the hotel about 22.00 and straight into receiption. Told we did not have a reservation and no rooms available. Rang my office and told three rooms booked , paid for and a reservation number given. After heated discussion with the staff, our booking was found. It seemed they expected 120 people from the airport, all delayed. Checked in at last and into the restaurant, told by receiption restaurant open 24 hours. Restaurant staff stated they were closed, they were expecting 120 people from the airport. We demanded food and they allowed us to sit and eat. Food was good, but a very limited choice. Told I had to pay then and there. Well fed and of to bed. Good rooms with most things you would expect, but no fridge and no wardrobe, just pegs on the wall. A good night sleep and up early. Told the payment from my company had not gone through so I had to pay. In the restaurant the night before and now told my credit card was not working, when I told them to try again it worked fine, seems they prefer cash. Into a taxi and to the airport to start work again, this time the fare more reasonable
