Good hotel. Close to the downtown and metro station. The staff is quite kind. To the mangers - PLEASE use the smoking room for smoking only. If you need it to shoot movie or for any other purpose, provide othe room for smokers.
Comparing to service and quality , expensive .I dont recommend
Close to everything, very kind staff, supermarket across street, very good breakfast. I had a birthsday so hotel management suprised me with cake and botlle of sparkling wine. Thanks guys !
The first day was very hot and could not sleep at night because the a/c was not on. Figured out that you need to have the room card in the energy slot for everything to work. After figuring this out this stay here was very good. Great location for many sites. We must have walk almost all of Kiev.
I was very happy with the accommodations. The room had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The staff was able to help us with our travels.

Hotel staff was very good and wait staff in restaurant and lounge were attentive. Accommodations were very basic but great for the price. Location is north of central Kyiv but well within walking distance and very close to the main rail station.

Overall my experience was quite good. the food was good, the staff was fairly friendly, and the location was very clean. I will give it 3 stars and a half. :)

The room is basic but for the price is reasonable. The restaurant is very good. Just remember that in Ukraine you need to order each item, fish-potato-vegitibal-water. Over all it was decent for a good price.
Kiev itself is well worth a Tourist visit. Lybad Hotel was modern, clean and well priced with a good breakfast experience. Hotel is not close to the underground (underground stops in Kiev are never close to each other) but cabs were always available. One could see the train station from our hotel but even getting to the station requires a short cab ride of about $10-. Nothing exceptional about this hotel but for the price we would stay there again.
I dated several women I knew through correspondence. There was a moment of total panic at the end of the trip when the Lugansk airport I purchased an airflight [...]was closed for the month and I was never contacted. Expensive restaurants in Kiev are expected and I attempt to move around the country.
Business trip in Kiev, place is ok, nearby shopping mall and super market. TAXI is too expensive if book it from lobby. Servers are lovely!
With very few people in the hotel my wife and I were given a tiny room with only two small single beds. I think the clerk on duty didn't like Americans and stuck it to one. We have stayed at the hotel several times before but in the future will consider looking for another. On the plus side room rates have dropped sharply in the past year.
