I stayed here a few times. As with the vast majority of hotels that bear the Hyatt brand name, this is an amazing hotel. Most recently I stayed for a week. Unfortunately I was sick most of the time and confined to my room and ordering room service. However before I got sick I really enjoyed the place. The staff are so kind and helpful. The concierge has excellent recommendations about what restaurants and bars to go to. The location is probably the best in Kiev. Very central and if you’re so inclined just a short walk down to Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The in hotel bar is amazing from what I recall. They have an amazing humidor with a wide selection of cigars. I’m not sure if the law has changed now but you used to be able to light up a cigar in that bar. Such a great place. Love this hotel and love staying here.

I was only there overnight with an early morning departure so unable to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. The bar with a real log fire was delightful. Staff were wonderful, rooms very comfortable and clean. Loved the furnishings and the location was brilliant. Very peaceful and great nights sleep.

A wonderful hotel that is centrally located with amazing staff and service. The experience and attention to detail could not have been better for our special occasion. The facility, rooms and especially the spa and workout area with indoor pool were very luxurious.

Very good place for meetings, close to the center and very quite Had a great feeling to come in the evening to the hotel to rest, drink and sleep Good location to walk around the area and see the sites

One of the best hotels in Kiev. Great location, attentive staff, very good restaurant. The rooms are a bit spartan, but clean and service is generally quite good. There is a gym with spa, and conf facilities for business meetings.

Beds and pillows felt like rocks, sound insulation’s very poor, location is good to see sights, lots of sex trafficking flowing through the hotel. Not overt but not discreet. Hotel bar on the 8 a good place to drink and eat, breakfast area slow, for price you pay and upgrades used, there is no value. Hilton or Marriott will treat you better from a value perspective. This comes from a person who lived in a hyatt for a year.

Good hotel, although a tiny bit dated. Great speciaous room, comfortable bed, adequately priced in-room dining menu, great location, SUPERB and very helpful personnel (from maids to concierge and reception ladies!). Not so great: I stayed for 3 nights and was only provided one set of toiletries - never more and never new! Which resulted in me thinking I will go with unwashed hair on the last morning... Breakfast was not so great - where are the waffles? Where are the traditional syrnikis? Although the omelette I ordered once was very good! A small selection of teas and Nescafe sachets in the room... No sign of a real coffee machine. Did not have a chance to check gym/SPA facilities.

Hotel located a walking distance from the main sights of the city as well as to Maidan Square. Common areas with many restaurants around. Huge gym and fantastic pool. Do not miss the restaurant on the rooftop terrace over viewing the city - it is beautiful! Recumbent to try lamb chops - very good! Overall nice hotel - BUT its getting a bit old and hotel owners should think of performing some renovation work . Breakfast quality and verity needs to be improved - for Hyatt its a rather poor breakfast selection... (Hilton offers much better!)

While in Kiev we had lunch in this restaurant twice. The Decor is nice and food served is quite acceptable as oriental dishes. The Chef we met is from Indonesia Prices are according to 5 star level We van recomendo this restaurant

The Hyatt is still one of the better five star hotels in Kiev. However, its state of repair and the quality of breakfast is no longer of the same standard as it was five years ago. The carpet in the lobby bar needs to be exchanged. The rooms are in a better state. The hotel does seem very busy at the moment.
