This is most pleasant hotel ever, The staff goes over and beyond to make sure everything perfect for your stay. From the time I was picked up from the airport to walking into the lobby the smiling very pretty front desk staff making you feel right at home. The bar and restaurant staff are always eager to please. The maids and more than accommodating This was my second stay and looking forward to returning.
They go beyond duty to help you I will come back to this hotel when I'm in town again.
11 Mirrows reminded me of the 5-star Sofitel Heathrow Hotel in London where I stayed the year before. It is conveniently located close to the National Opera House, the most popular Kreschatyk Street and Independence Square, cafes and restaurants. Hotel features a spacious fitness center, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi, breakfast is included. The staff made my stay very comfortable, all my requests were done in the shortest terms and always with a smile.
I like the concept and the hotel design. Front door should be automatic or pushbutton going in and out hotel, should offer translation services for 10 dollars per hour, only 1 Elevator and it gets tied up with guests during morning and evening.
