Das Florentinerhaus liegt, ruhig, in einer Nebenstrasse. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Gaststätten finden Sie, fußläufig, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das imposante Kaisergebirge. In unserem Haus stehen den Gästen kostenfreie Fahrräder (auf eigene Haftung) zur Verfügung.. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Zu den verschiedenen Einrichtungen gehören ein Garten (mit Grillmöglichkeit), eine Terrasse und eine Gemeinschaftslounge. WLAN und die Privatparkplätze an der Pension nutzen Sie kostenfrei.
Sie betreten unser Haus über einen separaten Eingang. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der große Aufenthaltsraum und eine Gästetoilette. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist mit einem Holzofen, mehreren bequemen Sofa´s, einer Bar, Flachbild-TV und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet. Von dort haben Sie einen direkten Zugang zur Hochterrasse.

Im ersten Stock befinden sich insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Kleiderschrank und einen Flachbild-TV.
Unseren Gästen stehen, im abschließbaren Bereich des 1. Stockes, eine Küche, eine urige Holzstube, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne zur Verfügung.
Im nicht abschließbaren Bereich des 1. Stockes befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Zugang zum großen Balkon, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett.
