With it's own private pool, ample space, ping pong table, and a billiards table there is certainly no shortage of fun to be had at this amazing beach vacation home! The billiards room is a great spot to sink the eight ball. But not to worry, if you aren't a pool shark you can challenge one of your guests to a friendly game of ping pong in the garage.

Upon entering this home, you will find an open living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and billiards room. With an open floor-plan aesthetic, the space really gives every guest a chance to make this place their own. The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine throughout the home allowing for the nature of Kiawah Island to really soak in. The living area offers a large mounted flat screen TV and comfortable seating for all to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun. The dining room has seating for up to 10 guests. Moving into the fully equipped kitchen, it is well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and has plenty of counter space and cabinetry to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. There is also a breakfast table, and 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating.

The home offers 5 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms, one on each floor, both with a king bed and TV. There are two queen rooms, and the last room has two twin beds.

Not to mention, the back deck area overlooking the pool is the perfect spot to enjoy a wonderful evening with the whole family (The pool is over 20 yards long in length). Or even better, take dinner outside and enjoy the outdoor eating area with the ocean breeze and sounds of Kiawah,

*Note that the pool is fully accessible from many areas of the house and this is NOT suitable for anyone with children that cannot swim. The pool is 4 1/2 ft deep in the shallow end. The pool is also 20 yards long in length.
