At Tennis Club Villa you can walk to everything! This airy minimalist condo has been newly remodeled with a fresh neutral palette and striking lighting. Gorgeous new hardwoods, brand-new furniture. Steps away from the Roy Barth Tennis center, and a short walk to the beach, The Sanctuary, Town Center, and Turtle Point Golf Club. Beware: you'll never want to leave!

Our unit is located in East Beach, which is an incredible area. You're close to the tennis courts, beach, town center, night heron park AND the sanctuary hotel!

Parking: There's plenty of parking just outside the unit.
Turtle Point Golf Course: .5 mile away. You can go to play Golf OR have a bite at Tomasso's
Beach Access: the closest beach access is Boardwalk 27, which is a .5 mile walk/bike ride
Sanctuary Hotel: you're a .5 mile walk/ride
Town Center: you're a .4 mile walk to the Town Center, which has a convenience mart where you can buy beer/wine/staples
Night Heron Park: Night Heron is a .7 mile walk/ride

First visit to Kiawah with our teens and this was the perfect place to stay! The setup of 2 beds/2 bathrooms and a full kitchen was just what we needed, and laundry on site was a plus. Loved the modern decor and airy feel of the space, updated kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for making meals. Space felt lived in/comfortable and cozy during the rainy mornings. We liked the personal touches- the guestbook, the careful selection of books and artwork throughout. Patio is screened in and overlooks the tennis court which was great for morning coffee. Gorgeous quiet beach was a 10 minute walk on the trail/boardwalk. Beach gear didn’t work super well, but we didn’t really need it anyway with how close the beach is! Spotted a couple gators on our walks which was cool with us being from the Midwest. We had a nice Italian dinner with gorgeous views one night at the Tomasso’s which is nearby. Seabrook island was a fun day trip about 15 min away to ride horses, and Freshfields village is just a 10 minute drive and has a grocery store, restaurants and shops for everything you need! Hosts are great, communication was above and beyond. We had a couple issues out of the host’s control during our stay, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful which was appreciated. Would stay again!

Lovely, clean and comfortable condo for our stay! Chandler was a great host and very communicative. We had a small plumbing issue when we arrived, but he addressed it right away. We enjoyed our time there.

Perfect for our family!

We loved our stay here! The host was so responsive and communicative, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and super cute and updated. Fun and modern versus old-school Kiawah beachy or floral, and we soooo loved the more modern vibe. Fun path to the beach past lagoons for alligator views, easy to play tennis a few mornings, and nicely central- not too far East or West on the island. Thank you so much! We hope to visit again!

Everything was exactly as represented and next time we come to Kiawah would love to stay in chandlers condo again . My wife is really picky ( we sent back our mattress at home 3 times) but said master bed was wonderful .

Very nice villa. Master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom was advertised as having 2 double beds but there was one twin and one double. Nice open living space and screened in deck with plenty of sunshine.

Perfect Kiawah Getaway pad

Can’t say enough good things about Chandler’s property. Tastefully updated, quiet location, super clean and bright, coffee pot, tea kettle, comfy beds and seating, clean appliances… Booked a two night get away and truly enjoyed our time at the condo/villa. The listing pictures accurately represent the unit. I am SUPER picky about bedrooms (linens) and bathrooms. The unit was spotless and (thankfully) had cotton sheets. I feel there is proud of ownership here and that translates to a great guest experience. Book this one now!

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Updated. Nicely furnished, including the kitchen. They said there would be olive oil, but we didn't find any. There was coffee, but no tea. The only seasonings were salt and pepper. So bring everything you need, food and seasonings, if you plan to cook. 10minute walk to a lovely beach. Lots of walking and bike trails. Beautiful natural setting-lots of plants and wildlife. There were two bikes available to use, ridable, but were in need of maintenance. There were beach towels and chairs. Sliding doors to patio were operable, but almost every window had the handles removed-so could not be opened. The overhead light in the master shower was not working.

Great getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and stocked with all we needed for our short getaway for sun and relaxation. Screened porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or afternoon reading. Walk to the beach was about 12 mins for us. Provided beach gear was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
