This gorgeous Kiawah Island retreat is located perfectly between the 18th hole of Turtle Point, the Roy Barth Tennis Center (top ranked in America), and the pristine Kiawah Island Beach. We've professionally designed this home as a spacious retreat for families and couples groups alike. Two beautiful verandas, a spacious living space and kitchen, a game room, and 6 primary bedrooms (plus an added bonus room) provide ample places for adults, teens, and children to find their own special spot.

Upstairs has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a California king bed and a daybed/trundle combo, it also has an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub. The second largest upstairs room has an en-suite bathroom also and a queen bed. There are two additional rooms, each with queen beds, and a final room upstairs that has a bunk bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the main floor is the second master bedroom with a king bed (wood floors) and a master bathroom. There is also a bonus room with a pullout sofa bed that can be made private by closing the sliding barn doors (typically open to allow access to the main family room area.

The kitchen is fully renovated and upgraded. It includes double fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee station. All major cookware and utensils are provided, along with silverware and flatware for up to 14 guests.

The pool is shared by the small Ocean Green community, you’ll have access with a fob. Pickleball and tennis can be scheduled with the Barth Tennis Centre directly. The beach (access point 29) is just a short walk, about five-seven minutes, depending on the route you take. Bikes, Chairs and Umbrellas are available for rent on the island and can be booked in advance with local providers.

Dinner reservations can be made at the Sanctuary and it’s about a ten minute walk from the house or short drive. The Turtle Point clubhouse is just a few minutes walk (visible from the back steps) and has an incredible bar and great food options.
