Disliked: Cleanliness

Unclean, needs maintenance but good location

We arrived at the property to find it unclean. I rang Raine and Horne and the lady was dismissive and told me the cleaner had been but she would call. I didn’t hear back and no response to the emails I sent. The parking is only for small cars so we had to park on the street. It’s only three bedroom if you are travelling with other adults or teenage kids. The third bedroom is at the bottom of the property and two levels below the bathroom and other two bedrooms. Our children are little so couldn’t sleep there. Only air conditioning on the middle floor. The fans provided we couldn’t use as it was covered in dust and had long webs of dust hanging from it. The Handle and lock to the ensuite is falling off, the light bulbs need changing as they flicker, the taps leak so you need someone strong enough to turn them off to stop the dripping. The two lots of coffee provided expired In 2020 and 6 months ago. There was no vaccum provided to vaccum up sand from the beach. The only saving grace for this property is the close proximity to the beach.
