Fantastic staff!!! 10/10 for staff. Helpful and happy. Nice to have a small balcony on the room. Nice for relaxing morning or evening. Beds are firm in Thai fashion. Great location except the traffic and DOGS! Dogs bark almost all night and traffic doesn’t really stop. Not always easy to sleep. I will stay here again but ear plugs and padding for the bed will be required. Decent price for a budget hotel. Toast, juice and coffee free in the morning was nice. Again the staff were AMAZING!

Small, friendly and comfortable

Great little hotel with really friendly staff and comfy rooms. The mattress and bedding made for a good night's sleep. A simple breakfast of coffee, toast and fruit was provided (which was a surprise) with more substantial items available to buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Really happy i found this hotel Only stayed 4 nights but was exactly what i wanted after 3 busy weeks in phuket and bangkok Nice quiet location Friendly staff with good english Nice rooms and clean too And good value for money Only thing is maybe if you are wanting restaurants or bars close by there arent any But central os only a short taxi away, and the food there is amazing for 50 baht

The hotel was run by a very friendly staff. the rooms were nice size. The breakfast was very good and a very good value. A minor problem in the shower corrected. A good location within walking distance of Central Mall KK. The cost was quite reasonable. I reccomend this place.
