The pictures online make the hotel look much nicer then it actually is in real life. Staff was friendly but only one person spoke English. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage to our third floor room. We had a hornets nest in one of the curtains and ants throughout both rooms. No internet, bad cable connection and one of the beds still had crumbs in it from the last occupant. The pool was huge but it appeared to be very dirty. Breakfast was cold with no burners under the eggs or other Thai dishes to keep it warm. Not a great experience.

Very quite and peaceful place. Rooms were clean and food at the restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly. Though because it is further away from the main road you will need to get a taxi to get around or hire a car. Korat Car rental is a good choice. Call Jimmy at +66 818773198. Very reliable chap. The highlight of this place is the scenery early in the morning as the garden at the villas is so beautiful with its flowers swaying in the morning breeze with butterflies fluttering over them and birds chirping and singing all over.

I came here because had a western name, but is far from it. Went to reception and asked for a room. No one spoke English. So my partner who is Thai had to book it. The room was ok but the bed was rock hard. The place is run down in desperate need of some gardening. At breakfast they dont cater for westerners only Thai.

The place looked not bad from the main lobby. Through out the 2 nites stay, the 6 of us were the only guests there and we were placed at the second level with no lift available. Had to drag our huge luggages up to our rooms, and down when we checked out. Dinner was great at the terrace indoor, although there was flies around. Found my legs covered with bites after the first nite. My next door neighbour complained that his shower head ran out of hot water and water flow reduced to almost none. Turned out that the shower head was clogged up. The staff later changed a new one. Decided to dine outdoor during breakfast as one could not feel the aircon indoor. Ants and other bugs were clawing the tables. Got locked out of my room after breakfast which the staff had to climb from next door to open the door. Turned out the battery at the door lock was flat and needed to change to a new one. By 4pm, the 2 staffs just starting to fix the new lock. In the end our guide got us change to another room next door. In the new room, the hot water ran out halfway, and the water flow reduced. Had a hard time sleeping that nite with the lizards making lots of noises. By the way there was lots of fat looking millipedes on the ground.

The hotel and room facilities are quite nice, but the hotel management is quite poor. There was not hot water at night so that I call the front desk, but the phone was not working. I went to the lobby, but there was not anyone working even no security guard at the parkinglot. There is a bathtub, but useless due to no hot wather. They put a cheap portable wster heater that frequently cuts off the hot water. Avoid to visit in cool season. The good thing about this hotel is quiet and a spacious room.

Everything in the hotel seems about average. The rooms are ok.. the sheets are clean(thats the most important thing to me thought). Staff were very blunt.. not polite at all. The pool looks good and the ambiance were good. The breakfast.. you can just skip it if you looking for smth international. So that's about it.. an average hotel.

Stayed two nights with my family with 5 children altogether. The kids loved swimming pool which was massive and beautifully set. Bedrooms were spacious, enough for family with two children as well as bathroom though they looked a bit dated but comfortable enough. Chairs and table on the balcony were good to sit for a chat and looked outside to a beautiful swimming pool and mountains view as backdrop. Breakfast was just fine, not a lot of choices but adequate. We had lunch and dinner outside the hotel where there were plenty of choices along Thanarat road but you need own transport. Staffs were nice and friendly throughout our stay. Close to the hotel there was hot spring which worth a visit especially during the week as it could get too crowded during weekend or bank holiday.

Clean and comfortable facilities, nice pool and extensive breakfast which was delicious! Staff very nice and helpful. Only downside toilet broke several times and we did not have warm water, but the staff quickly fixed these issues. Recommendable!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night so that we could do the bat cave tour and a day tour to the National Park. On the plus side the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. We were the only people at the pool, which is a good size a clean. The rooms are also a good size and clean but slightly out-dated furnishings. The view from the room and the size of the balcony are very good. On the poorer side of things, the staff were quite poor in English, the breakfast was ok but a little limited compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand. The hotel is quite remote and due to the language barrier we didnt have much choice but to eat at the resort on the evening. The meal was ok - typical Thai food - but more expensive than other places. Due to the language barrier and also the remoteness of the hotel we felt we didnt have much choice regarding tours for the National Park so we had to book with Tonys Tours which were the only details the hotel had. There does not appear to be a taxi service from the hotel so book tours and transfers in advance.

I stay for one night with my family and have 2 kids. Big room size with wood decoration. Make you feel like stay at home. Bathroom is also big, but water has a little bit smeely. Staff is nice. Breakfast is just OK. No elevator, only 3-story. Overall, it's worth for money and confrtable for a family with kids.
