Run Village, sleeps eight. Special features include a large dining and living

area for family and friends to gather. The private balcony with mountain

views, overlooks the Dercum Square ice skating rink in the winter and the

miniature golf course in the summer, all with a picturesque mountain scape

backdrop. Two master en suites and a spacious, remodeled kitchen with upgraded

granite countertops, custom designed cabinetry and new appliances.



Ideally located in River Run Village, just steps from restaurants, shopping

and festival venues. Buffalo Lodge community space includes exclusive

underground parking, elevator access from garage to lobby and floors, for easy

access to the unit.



The Buffalo Club, located on the lobby level, features two outdoor hot tubs, a

barbecue grill, a spacious club room with a large flat screen TV, fireplace,

community tables, comfortable mountain style furniture for lounging and 2 pool

tables for all to enjoy. Guests of this grand condo also have access to a

large outdoor, base of the mountain swimming pool with 2 additional hot tubs.

Guests are just steps away from this added amenity, located just next door the

Buffalo Lodge, behind the Dakota Lodge.



Enter the unit to find a bench and mounted hooks to stage and store mountain

activity gear.



The living room features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful stone gas

fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is a quant

private balcony where you may take in the mountain scape, especially stunning

on winter nights where you can view the night ski lighting and summer starry

nights.



The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware

to make a meal away from home, and has been updated with granite countertops,

new spacious, deep style sink and stainless steel appliances. The dining area

comfortably seats six around a beautiful natural wood table, with additional

counter stools at the breakfast bar.



The first of three bathrooms is just off the living area. This full size

bathroom includes a large vanity counter, tub/shower combination and is just

across the hallway from a bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and

an initial supply of toiletries.



The first of 2 master bedrooms, features a king-sized bed and flat screen TV.

The en suite master bathroom has double sinks and a shower/jetted tub

combination. The first guest bedroom features queen sized bunk beds, wall

mounted flat screen TV with a full bathroom across the hall.



The second Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 2 walls of windows with

mountain and village views, a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a

walk in shower and double sink vanity.



You will find accommodations at this spectacular condo especially charming and

will serve to enhance your mountain experience. All units have fireplaces and

community coin washers/dryers. Rooms open to balconies or patios.

Accommodations at all condo units have kitchens with cookware/dishes/utensils

and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with jetted

bathtubs in specified units.
