Freezing.

We arrive with no firewood and had to call several times to get the first order in. Thermostats are locked and there was no way to sleep without being fully clothed the first 2 days. Finally got some wood and heaters but we had to call every single day to get firewood which was kind of ridiculous. There’s no way to put it on auto order? Check in process people were extremely rude but thankfully we still had fun in the snow. Property management company was poor.
