With the bustling village at your doorstep and the ski slopes just a quick stroll away, this beautifully-appointed property is your passport to high-altitude fun, year-round.

Save 5% due to possible construction noise or inconveniences on a neighboring new building. No construction-related refunds will be issued. There is construction taking place of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during 2024 and most likely into 2025. While we will put every effort into keeping this page up to date, contractors don't always inform us of their schedules. There might be construction noise, blocked off pathways, building materials in the guest view and other issues that come with constructing a building. Therefore, we are providing an additional discount at the time of booking due to these possible inconveniences. Not valid with other discounts or promotions.

Great unit, great location

Unit is on the 4th floor looking directly at River Run and gondola. Well furnished kitchen allowed us to eat-in most nights, which was fun family time, avoided Keystone dinner chaos/stress, and saved a few dollars. Large master suite, sleeper sofa has high-quality mattress, solid wifi and xfinity cable service, small balcony overlooking pool area. Prop Mngr allowed pre-checkin access to parking which was very helpful. The Springs building had a couple maintenance issues (elevator, hottub) but both were fixed within 24 hours so cannot expect much more than that (things break, right, but they responded quickly).
