Nice Spot!

Had a great stay. Pullout sofa was easy to use, but had to request sheets from the bldg management - they brought them promptly, just something to check when you arrive. The building is also directly across from the pool building, so that's a nice plus!

Mountain getaway

Beautiful views from this place ! Love the wood provided for use in the fireplace! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and quality cookware, bed was very comfortable, couch needs more pillows to lean against while sitting on it, rug under coffee table has a large fold that won’t straighten out and can be uncomfortable when stepping on it, some stains on carpet need to be removed for improved appearance of the floor. Overall cleanliness was very good ! Amazing location close to The river with views of mountains and the lake. Close to Dillon lake with amazing views! Loved staying here ! Quiet and refreshing ! Very quick responses to our questions while here and great easy checkin. Loved it here !!

The unit was perfect everything was just as advertised nice and cozy perfect for a couple we had a great time would love to stay again

We were told it was 24 hour customer service but when we arrived at midnight no one was available and did not get a call until that following morning. Lack of communication on where to get the keys after hours. (Took is going to another hotel to even find it) They provided the wrong code for the lock box and once we finally found where it was we had to break into it just to get into our condo. Then we get into the condo and the pull out couch did not work. One of us had to sleep on the floor because no one was available. They did upgrade our room but then we had problems getting into that building because of the lack of communication. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.
