I love the feng shui of the place, but the heater was on absolute blast when we got there, it was easily above 90f in the whole place. We tried turning all of them off using every thermostat we could find, it was still 90+ for hours. The only thing that fixed it is when the staff finally came (after I got a migraine from being in a sauna with my 3 kids for a couple hours trying to get dinner going) they just flipped the breakers to turn it off. We stayed two nights and they still didn't fix it by the end of it. The manager was very nice and waived some fees for us, so I do feel there was *some* compensation but it went from 90+f to 60f over the couple nights and our last morning we all had to bundle up for hours while trying to clean and pack up. Beautiful place, unclean hot tub, great staff, a very bittersweet time. Still very grateful, just frustrating.

This was a great lakeside Condo, great views, really enjoyed are stay , one thing why we couldn’t give five stars was the pool and spa facility, the pool even though indoor was unbearably cold the hot tub also was what the pool should of been but then itself should have been 15 degrees warmer we chose this facility because of the indoor pool for my children so it was a little disappointing, but overall was a great place to stay

I liked everything about it the only thing I didn't like was that the fireplace didn't really work and I think more details need to be added when people purchase or get a room there I literally spent an hour going around in circles trying to find the office so I can get registered I think those details need to be added. But overall it was great. I am definitely planning on coming back. Thank you

It was a little confusing realizing that we would be in one Lodge and that there were so many different lodging options spread out over 2 mile radius. I had also sent a note letting someone know that my sister would be joining to early check-in and somehow that never got to your front desk. The place was in a good location. Other patrons were very loud early in the morning in the hallways with doors slamming.

Excellent Condo, clean and convenient

Property was very nice and a great location. Very clean and everything works well. We were a little disappointed that everything is closed in Keystone on Tuesday and Wednesday since we stayed in Keystone for many years and it was never like this before.
