We stayed from February 1st to February 5th, and not once our room was cleaned! It was....sad!
Only issue was smoke and smell from Forrest fire . Hotel should let you know that the guest rooms have air purifier in the room
Martha was great at the front desk, she made our stay great and she was very helpful. A
There was dried urine on our toilet seat. The bathtub was clogged. The second night we had items stolen from the room and had to file a report.
Nice location. You can tell the staff was really not interested in our stay as the ski season was over. The hot tubs were warm and it just felt off
I liked the top floor room. I liked the main lobby bar, the breakfast quality, eating area. TV's in the lobby area. Closed to GOAT and Pizza 101.
Great location in relation to ski lifts and shops. Breakfast was great. staff was very friendly. Stayed on 5th floor and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The only negative would be the mattresses are a little dated.
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Super convenient for skiing. We were disappointed to learn that the free breakfast is included only if you are a Hyatt rewards member. The change occurred November 1st.
Nice hotel near ski slopes, staff friendly i.e. front desk (Marty , Emily) room service one day good , next day bad ( in 8 days three times room service didn’t clean the bathroom nor left fresh towels ...) had to call reception when we came back from a day in the snow.... breakfast was a desaster very bad organized the staff couldn‘t keep up with the amount of guests...hot food was mostly cold or maybe lukewarm... ( chipotle pork with potatoes, churros, potatoes, etc.) kitchen staff looked really sloppy and didn‘t even care to refill..... In my opinion small changes would make a better and faster service because the idea of the changing breakfast is great and the quality could be very good as well with what the kitchen is using in regards to the ingredients ... just the execution is not good... best part was the chacuterie plate and the burger which we ordered one night! Really yummy!
My husband and I had a great experience staying here. There was a gentleman on the front desk from Dallas who was so helpful and sent us a bottle of wine because it was our anniversary. I wish I had gotten his name, but he went above and beyond for us. Thank you!
Great location. Easy biking / walking distance from village and lifts. Great breakfast. Will definitely go again.
We’ve stayed at this hotel two previous times when it was The Inn at Keystone. Loved the location for getting to lifts easily and the breakfast. Only thing was that it was dated. The updates are great and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is excellent and still offer great breakfast. Quiet, great location and reasonable price.
They advertise free parking but had insufficient spaces. No quick checkout. ski lockers too small
We stayed one night and had a great time. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the mountain and the free breakfast was great for our family.
We beat the traffic and stayed Friday-Saturday! Enjoyed night skiing then rooftop hot tub! Free breakfast then off skiing again. The staff were all super friendly and helpful!
