Overall I would recommend this property due to Turnkey's (management company) ability to quickly respond and fix the minor issues that we had. Their check in process is fully automated and Turnkey called me immediately when I texted back that I had a issue at check in. I've never experienced service like this!!
That said, we had several issues. Upon entering we noticed that the condo had not been fully cleaned property (dirt and residue on countertop, beer cans, hair/lint), the blinds were broken, and the hot tub and pool was fully closed. Turnkey sent out someone immediately to clean and fix the blinds the next morning. Unfortunately the hot tub was never fixed. This was outside of owner's control as Summit county had mandated all public pools be closed. Even though we had paid a premium specifically to have that amenity, we never received a credit or discount.
