Had everything we needed. It's a 5th floor unit, the elevator from the 4th floor to 5th was broken but it wasn't that big of a deal really. We LOVE staying at The Springs. It's our favorite condo in River Run. No complaints; the condo bet all of our expectations!

Elevator Out

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine and we would stay again. Unfortunately the elevator was out and we had to lug our gear up to the fifth floor from the fourth floor. The only other elevator was overworked. Once the elevator was fixed we were fine. The rental folks were very responsive to requests. Easy access and parking.

Nice condo close to the lift

The condo is nice and close to the lift. Sleeps 5 or 6 and the beds are nice. There is a new condominium being built between this condo and the lift. Pool and hot tubs are nice. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (2 parents, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay...the pool was our kids' favorite part of our CO vacation! The unit worked well for us; the boys got the bunk beds, there was an extra bed in their room, and we got our own room with attached bathroom. We cooked at our place one night, and the kitchen was adequately stocked, though a few items were missing (like hot pads). Loved the proximity to coffee, restaurants, and entertainment for the kids...overall, great rental.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with this condominium located in The Springs just a few short yards away from the gondola. This condominium was a great size and a big bonus was the third full bathroom! Being on the fifth floor, and not one who likes elevators, I did get my exercise every day walking five flights of stairs, but the rest of the family was fine with the elevators. We have made Keystone our snow skiing vacation spot for over 30 years, but this year with Vail corporation prices escalating to unreasonable amounts, this VRBO was a fantastic and affordable option. This was our first VRBO experience and we will definitely be doing this again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay in this property over our Christmas vacation. Pros: the location can’t be beat. It may be the very best building for proximity to the River Run gondola. It was also very convenient for walking to restaurants and the Dercum ice rink. The bedroom arrangement meant that my three children were quite comfortable sharing a room with each in their own bed. The living and dining areas had good seating for our family of 5. The pool area was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. Cons: The building can be a little chilly, but space heaters were thoughtfully provided. The walls are thin, so it would be good to bring earplugs or a sound machine in case your neighbors are on a different schedule. The property was generally very well equipped but needs potholders and some more hangers. I definitely recommend this property.

Pool disappointment

We were not notified that you had to reserve time for the pool and this was a huge disappointment to our 4 kids. We were only there for one night and there wasn’t any availability by the time we were made aware. We understand that there are Covid restrictions but no one had made us aware beforehand.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was fantastic for staying in Keystone with a young family. Unit was convenient and near the elevator. Heated parking garage was a fantastic perk. The only complaint we had was that all of the beds in the condo were firm mattresses. We only slept in the master one night, the rest of the nights we had to stay on the guest bed because it was less firm and not memory foam. We also had the maids open the door to deliver their supplies, one hour before checkout. Actually opened the door without knocking with my children in the living room and us in the back rooms getting ready.

Very Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in the middle of a renovation. It was in the middle of a major construction site (with multiple condos being built next door). And neither of these issues were communicated to us ahead of time. We met several owners of condos in the building we were staying at. They said that the only reason they were there was because the condos were virtually unrentable. We paid top dollar to stay there. And ww feel lied to and deceived by the management company's lack of transparency.
