Working Hot Tub which was very large. Easy check in/out process

Perfect simple accommodations affordable in the midst of rediculous rates this hotel has been consistantly a solid good option for decades!

- Location was perfect. - Rooms smelled like smoke. - Guests were loud and there were no staff on premise to help quiet them down. - Although they advertised breakfast when we arrive they said they weren't allowed too because of C-19; Others are doing it so they just didn't want to adjust - Coffee was supposed to be constant but none was available until after 7am What tipped us off to how bad it was: 2 people who have lived in Dillon for over 30 years had never heard of it.

Can’t beat the location and friendly staff, but property is in need of a major renovation. There are stains all over the carpets (in the hallways and rooms). Bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The whole room felt dingy and in need of a deep clean.

Hot tub was cool and front desk staff nice and helpful

The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable considering the location so close to the ski hills.

Hair in the tub and towels. Check in was at 4 but the room was not available till almost 5. Side door did not work. There was multiple issues with the property. Especially for the price of the rooms. This is why I would have expected for a room well under $100.

Liked the location and staff! Wasn’t so keen on the room upkeep. It was clean, but was kinda run down.

Great beds and the rooms are comfy! The jacuzzi is great.... the breakfast was not the best. You can chose from “let go my eggo waffles, dried toast, or a bagel. No joke!

We stay here all the time when we want to make a quick trip to Keystone. It's about a 5 minutes walk across the street from Peru. Kamil is great, always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a nice bonus. Don't expect anything fancy, but a bagel before hitting the slopes is always great.

Nice place!! Front Keystone Resort Ski. Good breakfast.

Booked this room late at night while traveling across the country. Prior to booking I saw where the hotel noted that there are no employees there at night but that there would be a phone to use outside and a number to call to help with the check in process. I get there 2 hours later and there is no phone and no one there. There are keys in an envelope for someone else. I called the provided phone number 5 times and no answer. I had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. They refused to refund me for the room. I’m truly amazed that they would just steal my money like that. Not the kind of hospitality I expected from a Colorado hotel.

The check in was weird. No one was at the desk and no one answered the phone when we called. Our key was thee so we just grabbed it. Nothing was ever mentioned about self serve check in. Wish breakfast started earlier, some of us have to be on the road by 6:30.

Location was very convenient. Cozy seating and fireplace in the lobby.

Older but clean hotel. Nice hot tub. great value for the area.

Great location if you're skiing/boarding at Keystone, right across the street. Cleanliness was okay, found a small stain that looked like blood on my sheets, left me wondering if the sheets were actually washed. Receptionist wouldn't allow us to use the restroom while waiting for our room to be prepared, about an hour before. Another receptionist allowed us to check in about 20 minutes earlier after waiting for an hour.

Hello sir, After speaking my staff and my staff remember speaking with you about your stay sir we recalled during check in stating to all of our guests that during cuvet 19 we are not serving breakfast continental style no place in Summit County is doing the same sir to cover ourselves during this pandemic .if you did not see that we are very sorry that you did not get the memo it is stated on our website and on all other 3rd party that we are not serving continental breakfast currently. S for our staff there is a staff member on promises 24 hours A-day for any kind of situations we received no comments nor any kind of information leading to loudness from any guests. As for all rooms are disinfected with an ozone smell killer that kills all airborne smells and anything that could be in the air for every unit prior to arrival. Thank you Management
