The home fit our needs and wants perfectly.We are a family that loves preparing our own meals and eating in. The kitchen was so functional and fully stocked for meal prep and eating utensils. The hot tub was great along with all the natural lighting in the home.

Host was great, we arrived 30 minutes early and the host was just leaving making sure everything was good and let us go in. House was great. Everything worked, hot tub was clean and easy to access. Heated garage was nice. Didn’t give it a 5 because there were a lot of personal items in the house and garage that made it seem like you were staying at a good friends place. Overall enjoyable though.

Place is nice. Kitchen well appointed. Bedrooms comfortable. Living area only has comfortable seating for 6 tops on loveseat and sofa. After skiing, sitting in kitchen chairs or on floor kind of a drag. Otherwise worked out great.

It Checked all of our boxes

The property is exceptionally close to Keystone, so our skiers were highly pleased. The house was warm, spacious, and flooded with natural light. Its kitchen was filled with all the cooking necessities. The hot tub was a big hit with all the adults in our group. We want to go back.

Our family had Christmas here the location was great for skiing, stores etc. fully stocked kitchen so many gadgets that you would have in your own home. Lots if space to spread out comfy beds , would definitely stay again .

Felt like home

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations this home provided; the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and then some) for meal prep. Although we weren't crazy about the dirt road leading to the house, we quickly got past that when we took in the mountain view and the location (just a few short minutes to the resort). Staying in July was a bit HOT, but the owner provided fans for every bedroom and with the windows open at night we managed to stay cool. We definitely recommend this home for your stay.

Beautiful property

This house was perfect for my family. My son was married at A Basin and it gave us adequate room for my immediate family and their spouses. For bedrooms and four bathrooms! Perfect! We did have a small issue with the keypad but it was rectified quickly. I'd recommend this house to anyone

Wowsa!!!

This property is a wow!!! One questions things a bit going into the neighborhood, but the house does not disappoint and location being between River Run basin and Keystone Village is awesome!!!! Summit County Retreats also great about responding right back when had any questions regarding the property! The house for our family was super since the house is very quiet, no squeaks in floors, and layout just wonderful for a family!!! And the stocked kitchen is up and beyond all properties I have ever stayed at. We ate in with our family every night and had all the pots, pans, plates, skillets and such that anyone needed!!! Great kitchen!!! And the nice private hot tub just was frosting on the cake! This property is a WOW and I hope to book it again!!!

Ski trip with friends

Wonderful house for 4 adults and 5 teens! We especially loved the hot tub and location to the slopes at Keystone. A 2 minute drive to the parking lot at the gondola or a 5+ minute walk to the shuttle.

Nice and comfortable

The property is nice and central in Keystone. We stayed for a work event and had no problems at all. I do recommend this for everyone, but watch for the wild life. We had a couple of black bears walking around at night, setting off the lights. Didn't get a good picture though.

Family celebrations

We had 10 of us in all. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th this summer, both my folks turned 80, two of our kids graduated from college this year and 1 son got married. There were great sleeping arrangements for all! Each married couple had a nice bedroom, our daughter and friend shared a room and our son and friend had the lower family room with a pull out couch. The hot tub was very popular with everyone, the kitchen table fit all of us and the large kitchen was amazing! We cooked all our meals together and the kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. There were great places for playing games and doing puzzles and the master suite is fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate together. 😊

Great Stay

The location and home were unbeatable. Minutes from resort and restaurant. The home was great, had plenty of area of our group. Hot tub was great after a day of riding. Would definitely recommend this stay
