The guard gate will also enforce maximum occupancy and vehicle restrictions. THERE IS A CLUB AMENITIES FEE OF $95.00 TO BE PAID WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER AT GUARD GATE UPON ARRIVAL, MADE OUT TO- MARINERS CLUB HOA.
This home does NOT include dockage. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA at info@MarinersClubMarina.com. or by calling 305-853-9777. Trailer storage and lift/launch services are not provided to guests. If you require those services and/or additional parking, we suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club. Additional costs apply.
