This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has been tastefully updated with new flooring, impact windows, added a laundry room and freshly painted interior. One of the best features of this home is the enclosed air conditioned porch which provides an endless ocean view. The exterior has been meticulously maintained and landscaped. The air-conditioned storage room is perfect for storing your gear or working on a project. This beach front Silver Shores property features endless ocean views with refreshing island breezes at an affordable price. Silver Shores, is an active 55 and over community with amenities including a Clubhouse; pool; tennis, bocce, and shuffleboard courts; boat ramp, and community dockage.
