Perfect little getaway

Coming from the West Coast of Florida for a short vacation with our teenage daughters this was perfect. The property was adorable and as advertised and the community provided so many distractions for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The area was very safe and well monitored. There are many state parks to visit in the area. There are lots of restaurants in the area as well. I would highly recommend people to stay here.

Felt like home!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had 3 kids with us and 5 adults, it felt very roomy and spacious, lots of fun stuff to do. Close to the pool and the lagoon. I loved that there were kayaks, snorkels, and life jackets available for the kids to use and play with. Close to John Pennekamp and also easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit! The manager is very communicative.

Clean and Quiet Gated Community

Nice home, well equipped and enjoyed the use of the kayaks and golf cart. Ample kitchen for preparing and dining. Screened balcony was a nightly routine - although be aware the no-see-ums still get in! The 2 pools are very nice, with the south pool having tiki huts for sun protection. There a a few umbrellas at the north pool for shade but not as pretty. Kayaking in the lagoon was the perfect length and offered easy turn taking for our group of 4. There are also a few pool inflatables and a noodle that was well enjoyed. One of our main considerations for this home is the 3 full baths and bedrooms - a need for our group. The only downfall is the bathrooms on the main and lower lever are VERY small and awkward to utilize. There are no shelves or counter space for "working toiletries" and you have to end up using the closed toilet lid. The lower level toilet is fine for those with shorter legs but not comfortable for anyone near 6'. The complex is surrounding by nicer homes and close to shopping, drug and grocery stores. A short drive to several of the attractions and every restaurant we tried was really good! Would stay again!

Amazing place

We absolutely loved our stay it was an easy check in and communication was amazing. Loved the lagoon and watching the sunrise on the jetting. The whole family loved it! Definitely would love to come back again. The only issue was the ice maker didn’t make any ice but didn’t mention to the property manager we just bought ice. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect family vacation.

A stay in paradise

Our family stayed and comfortably slept five adults. Very clean and nice condo with the extras! Towels, beach chairs, cooler, kayaks, steps from the pool. Pool wasn’t crowded most days, lagoon was a nice swim. The property is well maintained. Enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and ocean side seating. Can’t recommend enough! Great location

Should have booked a longer stay!

Ample room for family of 4 plus grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanais, swimming in the pool, snorkeling in the lagoon, a short walk to a great place for dinner. Wish we had booked an extra night!
