NEW RENTAL on our Program. Fabulous TORCH LAKE WATERFRONT. This cottage has one of the best SANDY beaches in the area. (great for the kids) The property has a deep lot, allowing for a nice waterfront yard for everyone to enjoy. The cottage features and open floor plan with expansive views of Torch Lake that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living & dining rooms. This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been recently remodeled with paint inside & out, flooring, completely new kitchen with quartz countertops, sinks, showers and everything right down to the designer lighting & rugs! Cottage décor contains high end finishes & is about as cute as they come!

The highlight of the cottage is the amazing, sandy Torch Lake frontage! The lake breeze is fully appreciated in the cottage from the wall of lakeside windows, as well as providing a 160 degree view of the beautiful lake. Torch Lake is known for its beautiful crystal clear Caribbean blue waters and the few special sandy beaches like we have! Spend the day fishing, swimming, water skiing & kayaking. We have two - 2person kayaks that are provided for your enjoyment (available until Oct 1st) The deck platform is ideal for relaxing & watching the boats go by, reading or doing nothing. Very quiet location surrounded by beautiful high end homes with easy access to the quaint town of Elk Rapids, Charlevoix & just a short drive to Traverse City. Many fun day trip locations await you from this cottage.

With this 30 day rental, renters will be responsible for utilities - electric and propane.
