No staff on reception after 9pm so could not get any extra bedding due to poor quality of mattress we had to lay on top of the duvet and could only cover up best we could for two night's. All due to no one on reception after 9pm.
The second night just a few minutes before 9pm when returning to the the reception was closed so we could not repot the issue as we had to leave the hotel before 7am. Also when trying to use the lift the door would not latch so it would not go up. After several attempts another guest came in and tried helping us but still we had no success. I then suggested that he tried slamming the door and after several attempts this worked. We needed the lift as we both have severe problems with stairs. It was still not working it the morning, it woul go down only. We reported this to reception when we were leaving the hotel.
Further although Coffee/tea etc was provided in the room no sweeteners or milk was provided. I had to go out to buy the milk. Very poor service and we would not recommend using the place.
