Could be so much better
This apartment wasn’t our first choice due to a booking error by Hotels.com however we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment with a strong odour of stale cigarettes. The longe area hadn’t been cleaned as there was a dirty sock under the sofa. The kitchen cupboard handles were also sticky. The window blind in the 1st bedroom was broken. The apartment was very warm however we were unable to sleep with the window open due to the location on a busy road and a nearby noisy pub. The towels smelt very unpleasant and we didn’t want to use them. The apartment has got potential and could be so much nicer with better attention to cleaning. We however did appreciate the essentials left in the fridge and cupboards.
