Great location. Lack of AC or fans that don’t rattle make this Unit less than desirable in the summer. Good value, but expect it to be a bit run down (less than clean carpet, windows that don’t operate, missing screens, delaminating patio table, living room chair with broken leg, hole in LR wall …). All that said, we loved the location and layout of the condo.
