The location is great and the property itself is very nice. But we chose it over other properties in part because of the private hot tub (prominently advertised in the listing). The hot tub was not clean when we arrived (visible ring of dirty scum around the edges and "stuff" floating in the water), and despite letting the host know that the first night, it did not get cleaned while we there. So we were unable to use it at all during our stay, which was a significant disappointment for our group. Otherwise, this was a great property - 10 minute walk to the River Run base. Half mile walk to town. Nice amenities. But I would not stay here again because of the hot tub and the lack of responsiveness to our concern. For further detail, the host told us via email that "The tub is cleaned on a regular basis — 4 times a month — but I don’t know the specific schedule and I am uncertain when it will be cleaned next". This seems to imply that it does not get cleaned in between each group, which seems like a problem. After I sent a couple of videos of the condition of the tub, I got this response: "I have called the hot tub service provider and left them a message requesting an immediate cleaning service, but I have not heard back from them. Hopefully they will respond and provide a quick response service, but I don’t have confirmation from them at this time." No one ever came to clean the tub while we were there and there was no further follow-up on this issue from the host.
