Cozy spot in the hills

This basement apartment was the perfect cozy spot for my husband and I. We woke up and could see the cruise ship from the kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We didn’t use the kitchen during our short stay but it looked well stocked and the coffee was great in the morning. The pictures sent of the entrance were helpful in locating this basement spot. We would stay again.

Clean & comfortable with many thoughtful touches

The overall feeling of this lower level apartment is new and clean. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed and set up nicely. Coffee, tea, travel toiletries were provided. I asked for a slightly early check-in, and Case kindly accommodated. The location was very convenient for us--halfway between downtown and the harbor. While technically walking distance, it would have been a long walk with a steep hill. Not an issue for us because we had a rental car but renters should keep that in mind. Overall we were very please with both the accommodations and management. Would stay again!

Our Ketchikan lodging

The accommodations were great. The house is clean and had everything you need for a multi-day trip. The location met our needs perfectly with easy access to the town in one direction and the grocery store in the other. We walked everywhere so if you're also sans car, be prepared that the house is on a hill.
