Great location and great staff however too many people staying on site for the current number and range of facilities and places to eat. The atmosphere when we arrived on a very wet Thursday afternoon/ evening was frantic! Children running around, the pool was very busy and noisy and there was an hour wait to eat in the lounge again with children running around! Much better for the remainder of the stay, as the weather improved. So slightly disappointed with my special treat for a special birthday!

Amazing location. Stayed at woodland lodge with 6 adutls and 2 babies. Ideal. Full use of hotel facilities. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will definatly return at some point. Very relaxing location.

A great getaway destination for pure relaxation. Walks are fab and nature is all around you. Didn't need to leave the place for anything. Food in restaurant was divine. Lovely chill out rooms for evening drinks and scrabble ! Staff are very helpful.

Great location and villas. Very poorly equipped from a self catering perspective both in breadth of basic equipment and in quantity of such equipment. Lovely walks. Be sure to ask about them. Lots of external improvements over prior years.

We had a very relaxing and fun family break here post Easter with our 4 children ages 9-15yr something for everyone. Fabulous spa & pool with lovely views of Kenmare Estuary especially from the 2 outdoor hot tubs.

Just home after a great weekend with family. This is so family friendly we were three generations thirteen of us and everyone had great time. The staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The food in bar and restaurant is top class. There is so much to do there from pool, spa and lots of walking trails. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service at this hotel situated on the Ring of Kerry. The long drive is worthwhile. Lovely walks around the hotel with enough to keep kids amused. Food is high quality but more choice on the menus would be nice if you are staying more than a couple of days.

With 3 young boys, my husband and i love to stay in Parknasilla. There is lots for the children to do at no extra cost. The food is superb and the rooms likewise. But more importantly the staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Although it is family friendly you never feel that children are taking over and there are many quiet and restful spots for adults to relax in which I find invaluable. The scenery, spa, golf and walks are fantastic also. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Myself and my family had a most enjoyable 3 night stay at the Parknasilla Resort and Spa hotel . The amenities both in the hotel and immediately surrounding the hotel were excellent for my family needs. We ate in the bar/lounge every night and the food was superb. The service was great and yet still felt unintrusive. We stayed in the lodges near the hotel which was very clean and was comfortable and warm and cosy which is important in the month of March. That was our first time going there and we will definitely return! Highly recommend it.

A truly wonderful location and setting with plenty of activities and walks. Staff very nice, helpful and friendly although service in general not that great. Food was disappointing I expected something a bit special but reality was unoriginal and nothing you couldn't get elsewhere cheaper and better. It would be an ideal family break but avoid school holiday time if you'd rather not be overrun by children.
