Relax in the private bath garden featuring a hot tub, claw foot tub, outdoor shower, and seasonal blooms. Walk the 2 acre property on a self guided native plant and orchard tree tour. Gain access to beautiful hiking trails by foot, and be able to be at the river or grab a bite to eat or a drink in the quaint little western town within a five minute drive.

Includes 2 bedroom (Kimg and Queen beds) upstairs unit, studio downstairs (2 Queen beds), and standalone studio (Queen bed).

Great property for year round adventures. A haven to escape back to for outdoors enthusiasts after a day exploring the many exciting options in the area (hiking, biking, kyaking, tubing, white water rafting, etc). Our property sits at the top of a gravel driveway. Do excursive caution coming up the driveway at 5mph steadily and do NOT stop until all the way up.
No open fire on the property, including no outdoor grilling. The area is dry and as a result fire danger is very important to mitigate.

Went up to Kernville for the fireworks at Isabella on the 4th. This place was easily able to accommodate our fairly large group( 3 families). A nice quaint, rural spot with an absolutely gorgeous view. Driveway's a little steep, but nothing bad. Would definitely stay again.
