This charming villa is located down a little lane on the outskirts of the peaceful hamlet of St Lucija with the three surrounding hills of Ghar Ilma, Il Mixta and St Lucija, each with its own natural spring. The views looking out over the countryside towards the capital Victoria are stunning, with the Citadel visible in all its glory. The Citadel is only a short distance away and is a must to visit, to see the 360 views out over the entire Island.



The property is accessed through its own double wrought iron gates that lead onto a drive that winds down to the front of the property, past the lovely raised pool area.



This spacious, airy apartment is all on one floor. Steps up from the hall lead into a very large living room and dining area with the kitchen leading off it. It has a lovely stone fireplace with wood burning stove and a piano! A fabulous room for entertaining or relaxing. Off the entrance hall are a twin and a double bedroom, each with its own shower/bathroom. A large terrace wraps around the side of the house, past the double bedroom, and continues on around to the living room and kitchen areas.



There are ceiling fans throughout and the bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning units for heat and cold. These take one and two euro coins.
