We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful. If we make another trip to Kempten this is where we'll stay again.
Very cramped and strange hotel, room was at odd angles and very tiny. Never once saw a person at the front desk, no matter what time of day, and really would have liked to have simply asked a few questions in passing. Charged way too much for breakfast which didn't have any hot food at all. Would not stay again,
