Staff was nice There was a water leak in our room I told the cleaning person and nothing was done about it. We had water on the bathroom floor the 3 days we where there. When I checked out the lady at the counter said she was sorry but didn’t offer anything else. The beach is nice with lounge chair. We were quite disappointed since the hotel didn’t take any action regarding the room problem. Overall okay, but would probably not go again.

I'd probably stay here again for the price

Pros: - Breakfast buffet has plenty of options - Location is good for the beach and shopping - Easy to call a GRAB - Friendly staff - Great shower pressure and hot water Cons: - Extremely SLOW service - Restaurant also incredibly slow, wasn't even busy... maybe it's a cultural thing... but it shouldn't take an hour to get a cheeseburger and fries. - Hallways are HOT af... Rooms have a stale air smell that wouldn't go away.

The buffet was delicious. They had a large variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the gym and the closeness of the beach. The only issue was the moldy smell.

All is good about this hotel, including fantastic sunset view from the rooftop restaurant . The only negative is that other than seafood restaurants across the road, there’s no other goto place in the evenings by walk. Overall good and closer to the airport.

Platinum Kedonganan Review

Service was amazing, staff are awesome. All of them. . Hotel very clean. 1 min walk to beach. Only downside was the breakfast catered heavily for Asians, plenty of ric, fried rice, and other Asian food and not for Westerners. No bacon. No fried tomato. No real sausages only mini hotdog style. So breakfast was a big disappointment. I will definitely review when booking in the future.

Staff team here are amazing, they all go that extra mile for you and have a smile. Very special mention for Angi every morning at breakfast she would check if any special requests required. Very glad we stayed at the Hotel Platinum!

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!
